How should I store my loose leaf tea to keep it fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your tea in a cool, dark place away from light, air, and strong odors. Our airtight tins are designed specifically for this purpose.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
Most of our tea sachets are made from food-grade nylon or sugarcane-based material. We are actively transitioning our product line to fully biodegradable plant-based materials.
What is your return policy for food items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
How much caffeine is in a typical cup of tea?
Caffeine levels vary by tea type: White and Green teas typically contain 20-30mg, Oolong contains 30-45mg, and Black tea contains 40-60mg per cup. Herbal infusions are naturally caffeine-free.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement.
