At Harney & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience; if you are unhappy with your order, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure the tea tins or accessories are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them in a sturdy shipping box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
